SCREENWRITINGWe translated the tactile physical blueprint of a high-end build into a three-act poetic meditation on nostalgia, spatial memory, and the future.
CINEMATOGRAPHYFrom the macro textures of raw timber to sweeping, aerial perspectives of architectural scale, the lens was used to capture both the grit of the craft and the warmth of the home.
COLOUR GRADINGOur in-house grading workflow developed a rich, cinematic palette that shifts seamlessly from the sun-drenched, warm nostalgia of yesterday to the crisp, clean light of a new morning.
SOUND DESIGNA highly textured audio landscape built from the rhythmic tick of a lawn sprinkler to the breath of a hallway. Designed to make the spaces feel alive, protective, and deeply resonant with the target audiences.

In a category dominated by high-vis jackets and timelapse, we chose to ground Hateley Construct in the emotional currency of what they actually leave behind: a foundation for a life well-lived.
